Have any great ideas or wishes about how mobile technology can be improved to support and increase the independence of senior citizens?
The HelloAgain Challenge calls any seniors, caregivers and consumers for innovative ideas on the future of senior-centric mobile communications solutions. Submission are accepted until midnight EDT, August 20, 2012. An expert panel of judges – including executives from The Blindsight Corporation, emporia Telecom, AARP, Verizon Wireless, GreatCall and the University of California’s Center for Information Technology Research in the Internet Society (CITRIS) – will select the three best ideas. Winners will receive an emporia mobile phone, plus a trip for two to the AARP Life@50+ Annual Convention in New Orleans, where they will have a chance to present their leading ideas to attendees.
